Off Road Adventures began in 1988 with technical support provided by Jeep division of Chrysler Corporation and grants from Pirelli Armstrong tire. The series of annual excursions began with the Redwood Coast Jamboree between Fort Bragg and Eureka, California and has expanded into a five events in southern, central and northern California.
Adventure trips are open to all makes of four wheel drive sport utility, truck and utility vehicles. Vehicle rentals are available at some locations. Participants travel in the safety and security of a small group led by experienced guides who are veteran four wheelers. Participation at all events is limited to the first 50 vehicles registered. Upon registration we will send you a list of local lodging facilities. Your group may bunk in motels or campgrounds - depending on your preference of outdoor experience.
Off Road Adventures trips are conducted on public and private land under permits with government agencies and local licensing agreements. Our groups include people of all ages and children are welcome. We make no apology for our prices. We offer the best trail experience and the best behaved groups in the field. Each trip is two full-days and six meals are provided in the tour price. Breakfast and dinner are at local restaurants and our deli-packed trail lunches are excellent. No alcoholic beverages are allowed out on the trial.
